It's hard. FREAKING hard to relo. I'm hoping by now you've made some friends? THAT is kind of the key to making a new place feel like I home. I think about you though, and me in the future- when your kids are older you're not outside watchig them, taking them on walks- all the things that make finding new friends easier...I will say that without my friends here in The Land of Snow and Cheese it would be truly unbearable. Hang in there...book clubs? Local gluten-free groups? Just thinking of other locations where one might find friends once the local park is no longer an option.
It will all come together. Just give it some time. A move is a big thing.
